NOTICE: CHANGE IN REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Dear PRYAF Students,

Next PRYAF registration will be held on Saturday, November 19th, 9:00 -11:00
a.m.

Due to the fact that we have not met our fundraising goals this year, we are
requiring each student to participate in a mandatory fundraiser. By participating
in the following fundraiser each student will still be receiving free classes from
PRYAF.

The new requirements will be as follows:

Day of registration, you will be required to purchase a box of
24 See’s Candy Bars in the amount of $48.00. You will be
responsible to sell the candy bars and make your money back.
24 bars X $2=$48. If you choose not to participate in this
fundraiser, we will simply require you at registration to pay $
26.40 (this is the profit we would make on a box of bars).

Teacher Appointed Students: Please note the following changes to our
registration policy with regards to teacher appointed classes.

All teacher appointed students will be required to purchase 2 boxes of
See’s Candy Bars upon signing up for your classes. Be ready to purchase
the boxes at $96 upon registering. If you would prefer not to participate
in selling candy bars, you will be required to pay the profit PRYAF would
have gained should you have participated, that amount will be $52.80.

Also PRYAF will be signing up Teacher Appointed Students the week of
October 31st through November 4th ONLY! Office Hours: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Teacher appointed classes that have not been assigned by that time, will
then be opened up to other students following the 4th of November. We
will not hold your spot after the 4th.
